To ensure fairness and clarity, we offer the following refund policy: Student-Initiated Cancellations Full refunds are available for cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun. Insufficient Enrollment Manaʻolana International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum enrollment is not met. If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid or may choose to transfer their registration to a future course date at no additional cost. Refund Processing Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. Students will be notified by email once the refund is processed. Transfers Instead of cancellation, students may request to transfer their registration
Cancellation Policy
Registration Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received through our secure online system. Spaces are limited; registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Minimum Enrollment Courses require a minimum number of students. Manaʻolana International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if enrollment is insufficient. In such cases, students may transfer to a future session or receive a full refund. Cancellations & Transfers Students may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date, though a one-time transfer to a future course may be granted subject to availability. Refunds All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Attendance Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Attendance is required to receive the 35 contact hours certificate needed for the PMP exam application. Course Materials Official PMI training materials and resources are provided as part of enrollment. Access to digital materials is granted once registration is confirmed and is non-transferable.
